Personal license and devices
An Artlia Paint for Mac license is for use by the purchaser alone on up to 3 devices; when all slots are occupied, a new activation normally removes the oldest one (the device sees the change at its next online check and is not automatically reactivated). If the key has already been activated 10 or more times in the past 30 days, activating it on a device that is not currently active suspends the license to prevent key sharing; contact support to restore it, and editing remains available.
You own the artwork you create with Artlia Paint and may use it for any purpose, including commercial purposes, subject to any third-party rights in material you use. The personal license limits who may use the app, not how your artwork may be used.
After activation, the app attempts a license check on launch and about every six hours while running, and retries after connection failures. Automatic checks stop once the app learns that this device has been deactivated or removed from the active devices. Offline use remains available.
All listed currency prices include tax.
Purchased version and updates
You may use the version you purchased forever. Ver1.x updates are free. We make no promise about Ver2 pricing, whether it will be a paid upgrade, or any discounts.
The current release lets you keep editing after the trial ends. In every licensing state you can always open, save, recover and export your existing artwork.
After the 30-day trial, Settings > About shows the trial status and a Buy button; no purchase prompt appears automatically.
License keys
You may not resell or share your license key.
A full refund permanently ends the license; a partial refund does not. A formal payment dispute temporarily suspends license activation and confirmation; a preliminary inquiry does not. If the dispute is resolved in our favour and payment stands, we automatically restore the license unless another restriction applies. Devices that were still activated resume at their next successful online check without reactivation; removed or deactivated devices stay removed. If the dispute is resolved in the buyer’s favour and payment is reversed, the license ends. If that decision is later reversed in our favour and payment stands, the same automatic restoration applies. A full refund always prevents restoration. Opening, editing, saving and exporting remain available in every license state. These provisions do not limit your statutory rights.
License server retirement
The license server may be retired in the future. Purchased copies of Artlia Paint will keep working if it is retired.
